Starting with a catamaran sail to Soufriere, the Bean to Bar journey takes you through the lush scenery at Project Chocolate. Enjoy a tutorial on the Seederie and tour of the rainforest before crafting your own chocolate bar using Estate-grown cocoa, experiencing the full journey from nibs to bar. Lunch will follow at the sumptuous Hotel Chocolat’s “Market Place,” where every item on the menu incorporates a hint of cocoa. Post-lunch, prepare to relax in the therapeutic mud baths, and enjoy your time swimming and snorkelling between the iconic twin peaks of the Pitons. On our return trip, we will pass through Marigot Bay and experience a beautiful Saint Lucian sunset—keep your fingers crossed for the green flash!
